What is the process from inquiry to quotation?
Four steps: ① Add the models you need to the inquiry cart on product pages, or leave a message via the inquiry system; ② Our engineers prepare the offer — standard items are quoted quickly, while custom items are confirmed with the manufacturer first; ③ You receive a formal quotation listing part numbers, quantities, unit prices, lead time and validity; ④ Once confirmed, a dedicated coordinator follows your order through dispatch and delivery.
