Product Introduction
The wheels in the GVU series use a grey cast iron wheel centre and a cast high-quality Vulkollan® polyurethane-elastomer tread. This tread has a hardness of 92 Shore A. It also has a high dynamic load capacity and can be used at speeds up to 16 km/h with a reduced load capacity. The wheels are particularly resistant to abrasion and cuts and tear propagation. They also provide a low level of rolling resistance.
The GVU wheel series is the ideal solution for applications which involve moving heavy loads at high speeds. Load rollers, guide rollers (FSVU series) and drive wheels (GVUN series) with a Vulkollan® tread are frequently used in conveyor systems.
